Meet The Team
Grant has more than 30 years General Management experience with two international specialty chemical groups.
Grant’s experience has encompassed operations in Australia, New Zealand and South East Asia. All with a focus on industrial / manufacturing, agricultural (animal health) and chemical applications. His unparalleled experience in growing and developing businesses has been based on a simple philosophy of identifying, meeting and wherever possible exceeding customer expectations.
Australian Adjuvants Sales Manager Chris Barry has over 25 years’ experience in the Australian Agriculture industry as a qualified and highly respected agronomist/sales representative. Chris has worked in a variety of sales roles encompassing territory management through to National Management roles. Chris has a strong understanding of the agricultural distribution network along with extensive adjuvant product knowledge and experience.
Australian Adjuvants New South Wales Sales representative, Graeme, is based in Wagga. He has over 25 years' experience in the Australian Agricultural market, having worked with both Actives and Adjuvants for the Broadacre and Spray Oils for the Horticultural market, Graeme offers side support to both Rural Stores and Agronomists throughout New South Wales.
Colin is based in Toowoomba and has a lifetime involvement with agriculture since growing up on a mixed grain and cattle property in southern Queensland. After leaving his own property, and before becoming the Queensland consultant for Drummuster, he also became involved in directly supplying various specialty products to farm stores .
Colin has had extensive involvement with grower organisations and has a wide knowledge relating to the various farming methods practised throughout Queensland.
Malcolm has 40 years' experience in Manufacturing, firstly in the food industry and subsequently the chemical industry. As a qualified Fitter and Turner, Malcolm has engineering skills as a base together with a Graduate Diploma in Business Management. He brings to the company many years of Human Resources and Operations Management experience. This has led to him building a successful Chemical Manufacturing Facility and Manufacturing Business which operates in Melbourne today. Malcolm also runs a 300 Hectare Beef Operation in Gippsland.
Peter joins Australian Adjuvants having more than 30 years’ experience as General Manager of a chemical company operating in Agricultural Chemicals. His previous roles have included Technical, Manufacturing, Operations in addition to his General Management role. His technical experience has him a co-patentee on 10 international patent applications.
Allan through his association with Australian Adjuvants Pty Ltd brings more than 25 years of experience as the head of research for multi-national pharmaceutical companies and more recently 6 years’ experience with a multi-national Agchem company. His focus in working with Australian Adjuvants Pty Ltd will be to generate novel technologies which bring significant benefits to Australian Agriculture. He holds several patents for pharmaceutical and Agchem formulations. Allan is also a published author.
Chris has operated his own accounting practice based in rural Victoria for 3 years and consults to a range of small to medium businesses. During his university studies he worked part-time in the chemical industry giving him the ideal background for his position with Australian Adjuvants Pty Ltd.
